Having inherited a quantity of North Queensland Red Cedar of exceptional quality, we decided to use it to replace our kitchen benches. We needed someone who had a talent and feeling for fine quality timber joinery so we engaged Trevor Watson, of Sunshine Coast Joinery, who crafted and installed a beautiful product which we enjoy each day.

Trevor was commissioned to build our internal vertical timber screen and we were extremely happy with the result. Trevor kept in contact with updates on where the project was at and was prompt and reliable.
Trevor also took care installing into our brand new property.

We also had an opportunity to use Trevor again when a solid timber bed frame was delivered with damage from another company, Trevor was able to repair the damage so that it was barely noticeable.

We contacted Sunshine Coast Joinery [ Trevor] when our timber kitchen bench top required repair best done by a professional. Trevor came out to our residence, assessed what needed to be done and within a week or so was able to complete the repair . Did a lovely job.

Trevor has done a fantastic job on two Tassie Blackwood benchtops for our new kitchen. He is good to deal with and evidently very passionate about woodworking which shows in the high quality of his work. Will definitely be using SC Joinery for out next project when the time comes.

Please be advised my experience dealing with Trevor, (Sunshine Joinery) for Steam Bending some colonial skirting has been an absolute pleasure.
From the first time he took my phone call, discussing the requirements of the job, to shipping and delivery of the items he manufactured for me. (Including sending a sample, I was not expecting, prior to the finished product).
How refreshing to deal with someone who welcome the work , albeit, somewhat small in nature, and treated me as if it was the most important job he had on hand.

This is a very late review as Trevor made me a custom Tasmanion Oak unit just over 18 months ago.

Everything about SC joinery was excellent. Amazing customer service, the unit was designed and built by Trevor after I told him what I wanted, and I couldn’t be happier!
